Side Show started with a simple idea: bake bread the way your grandmother would — slowly, with good ingredients, and without rushing — and put it where people can actually find it.
We opened our doors on Freeport Blvd because this neighborhood deserved a place that feels like home. Not a chain. Not a corporate bakery. Just a real shop where the oven is warm, the counter is stocked, and you're always welcome.
Every loaf, every pastry, every jar on the shelf is chosen the same way we'd choose for our own table. That's the Side Show standard.
